HASTELLOY® G-30® Filler Wire is utilized for G-30® alloy gas metal, gas tungsten arc, and submerged welding. G-30® Hastelloy Filler Wires are also utilized in the welding of 6-7 molybdenum-bearing stainless steels and duplex grades, such as 2507. The alloy has several uses in the manufacture of phosphoric and nitric acid, as well as pulp and paper manufacturing.
Hastelloy G-30 Filler Wire is widely utilized because of its superior chemical resistance. It has nitric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, and hydrofluoric acid resistance. Even when welded, the corrosion-resistant qualities are intact. Extremely ductile. It is utilized in chemical treatment facilities, agitator blades, nuclear power plants, and other places.
Alloy G-30 Filler Wire’s corrosion resistance to the formation of grain precipitates in the heated area allows it to be used in chemical processes under welded circumstances.
ERNiCrMo-11 Filler Wire is extremely resistant to the hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid solutions used in stainless steel pickling. At a temperature of 140 degrees F or 60 degrees C, dilute 15% nitric acid and 5% hydrofluoric acid are used in this application. It is also more resistant to industrial phosphoric acid. The usage of alloy in the fertilizer sector for acid evaporators is increasing.
