HASTELLOY® 622 RTW filler wire; ERNiCrMo-10; welding filler wire; Tig & Mig Welding Wire; Welding Electrodes

Description

The HASTELLOY® 622 RTW filler Wire is used for weld overlay applications and has enhanced chemistry that provides excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking. It has a high resistance to oxidation in aqueous conditions, including wet chlorine. The weld wire has good resistance to preferred corrosive attack in many media, making it an ideal option for carbon steel overlay and cladding. The alloy is an excellent choice for dissimilar welding with other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys and stainless, carbon, or low alloyed steels. The RTW coating on the spooled wire improves smooth feeding through welding equipment while also reducing tip wear in contact tips.

HASTELLOY® 622 RTW™ Filler Wire is also recommended for joining molybdenum-containing stainless steels, low alloyed steels, Hastelloy C4, C22, C-276, and Inconel 625, 2.4611. This ERNiCrMo-10 Filler Wire is suitable for a variety of chemical process environments. Our Hastelloy Filler Wires offer features like durability, excellent strength, workability, weldability, corrosion resistance, and all-position welding. These Filler Wires are manufactured in different standard specifications as per the developmental norms and regulations.

HASTELLOY® 622 RTW™ Filler Wire is frequently used for cladding because of its strong corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing conditions, as well as its superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. ERNiCrMo-10 Filler Wires are suitable for a wide range of industrial welding applications, including offshore and maritime facilities, as well as petroleum, chemical, and power production plants.
