Description
HAYNES® 200 filler metal is used in gas metal, gas tungsten arc, and submerged arc welding of cast iron grades such as gray, malleable, and ductile. Weld deposits are easily machinable and can be placed in a number of ways. HAYNES® 200 grade is equal to filler metal 99 grade and may be used to weld cast iron to a range of carbon steels.
ERNi-Cl Wire is used for welding cast irons to other cast irons as well as for joining cast irons to mild steel and stainless steel. It is also readily used for the repair of castings. This wire is extensively employed to repair gray iron castings. It can also be used for overlay and buildup. A preheat and inter-pass temperature of 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) minimum is recommended during welding.
Hastelloy 200 Welding wire exhibits superior corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance at high-temperature conditions. These Haynes 200 welding wires are used in many manufacturing industries such as power, chemical processing, paper processing, and waste disposal industries. These Filler Wires have superior features and characteristics that provide excellent resistance to general corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, pitting, crevice corrosion, and more.
