Description
HAYNES® M400 Filler Wire is made of the 400 Alloy which is a high-performance alloy of nickel and copper, it also has iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon in little amounts. HAYNES® M400 Welding Wire has very high strength and excellent resistance to the alkaline and the acidic environment. HAYNES® M400 Welding Wires have good thermal conductivity and good ductility.
HAYNES® M400 Welding Wire is used in the most common high-temperature brazing applications. It shows very good resistance qualities in high temperatures. HAYNES® M400 Filler Wire maintains its performance and mechanical properties in temperatures from subzero to 1,000 degrees F (538 degrees C). It can be hardened only via cold-working.
