Haynes® 263 alloy is an age-hard enable nickel, Cobalt, Chromium, Molybdenum alloy characterized by strength properties that are improved with aging as well as excellent fabrication characteristics when annealed. Haynes® 263 alloy displays great tensile ductility at intermediate temperatures and does not have the strain age cracking problems typical of another gamma prime strengthened alloys.
The HAYNES® 263/C-263 alloy is replacing the HAYNES® 263 alloy in many applications. It exhibits excellent tensile, creep-rupture, and low cycle fatigue strength and is significantly easier to fabricate than other alloys. The HAYNES 263 C 263 Filler Wires are used for applications that require a temperature of about 1650 Degree F and their oxidation resistance is comparable to other gamma-prime-strengthened superalloys. The qualities of HAYNES 263 C 263 Filler Wires alloy combine to make it appropriate for a wide range of fabricated component applications in both aircraft turbine engines and industrial turbine applications. Low-temperature combustors, transition liners, and various ring components are among them.
