HASTELLOY® B-3® RTW™ Filler Wire is employed for the gas metal and gas tungsten arc welding of B-3® alloy. In the as-welded state, the wire possesses high resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids, as well as great thermal stability. B-3® is an excellent choice for overlay and cladding applications that require resistance to hydrochloric and sulfuric acids. Hastelloy B3 Wire has a strong resistance to uniform attack, great localized corrosion resistance, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance, and is easy to weld and fabricate. The RTW filler wires finish on the spooled wire improves smooth feeding through welding equipment while also reducing tip wear in contact tips.

Hastelloy UNS N10675 Filler Wires have excellent resistance to pitting, corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking and excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. Because of its exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, HASTELLOY® B-3® RTW™ Filler Wire is commonly used for cladding. ERNiMo-10 Filler Wires may be used in a variety of industrial welding applications, such as offshore and marine facilities, as well as petroleum, chemical, and power plants. We also conduct various tests on our filler wires to ensure they are defect-free and suitable for use in various environmental conditions.
